Drying Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium tomatoes, cut in 1/4-inch slices
Preparation
    Place tomato slices in a single layer on paper towels. Microwave on Low (30%) for 1 hour and 30 minutes, carefully rearranging tomato slices every 15 minutes.
    Test for doneness; dry.
    Place on paper towels, then cover with paper towels.
    Allow to stand until all moisture is gone.
    Store in refrigerator, freezer or at room temperature in airtight container.
