Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. cottage cheese
1 box frozen broccoli, chopped and thawed
1 stick oleo, melted
1 onion, chopped

Preparation

Mix and bake at 350\u00b0 in buttered 8 x 8-inch pan.
For a double recipe use a 13 x 9-inch pan.
