Mushroom Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. onion
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped fine
2 tsp. flour
1 c. canned milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation

Melt butter in pan; cook onion and mushrooms until all moisture has evaporated.
Remove pan from heat; sprinkle flour over mushrooms and stir well.
Add canned milk; bring mixture to a boil.
Simmer 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Fill tiny shells made from your favorite pie crust recipe.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, lemon juice and parsley.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
These freeze well, but will need to bake longer.
