Florida Pecan Christmas Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. golden raisins
4 c. pecans
3 c. sifted plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cream the butter, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and rind. Add vanilla. Add in raisins and pecans.
Add flour, one cup at a time, sifted with salt and baking powder.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 50 minutes.
