Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frozen pie crusts
    2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (sugar-free)
    1 small pkg. frozen coconut
    1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
Preparation
    Bake pie shells according to package directions and cool. Prepare instant pudding (both packs) as directed and add half of coconut.
    Set aside remaining half of coconut.
    Fill pie shells with pudding mixture and chill until set.
    Top with whipped topping using half a bowl on each.
    Sprinkle remaining coconut on pies.
