Sweet-Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
    1/2 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing (dark red kind)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    small amount water
Preparation
    Put chicken pieces in shallow baking dish.
    Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves with small amount of water.
    Pour over chicken and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is tender. Good with wild rice and green vegetable.
    Makes 4 servings.
