Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. New York Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of paprika and hot red pepper
    3 c. cake flour
Preparation
    Make into a dough and put through a cookie press to form straws or cut into strips.
    Cook about 350\u00b0 until done, usually about 10 to 15 minutes.
    (Half a recipe makes 8 dozen.)
