Marinated Mushrooms And Hazelnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hazelnuts
    1/3 c. red wine or red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. fennel seeds, slightly crushed
    1/2 lb. small button mushrooms, cut in half (about 3 c.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spread hazelnuts on baking sheet; toast in oven until aromatic, about 10 minutes.
    Rub nuts with a kitchen towel to remove their papery skins.
    Coarsely chop nuts and set aside.
