Ingredients

3/4 c. cream
4 tsp. confectioners sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
6 (4-inch) cinnamon stocks
5 c. extra strong hot coffee
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl and beat until stiff. Place a cinnamon stick in each cup and fill with coffee.
Spoon whipped cream on top and garnish with orange peels.
Serve at once.
