Lentil Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water
1 c. raw lentils
1 medium potato, diced
1 large carrot, diced
1 Tbsp. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. broth
seasoning to taste
Preparation
-
Boil water; add lentils.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Add potato and carrot and cook 30 minutes more.
Add sauce and broth; cook 15 minutes more.
Serve with corn muffins or salad.
(Serves 4.)
