Meat Loaf Roll-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    4 oz. thinly sliced (deli-style) ham
    3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, egg, tomato sauce, Worcestershire, oregano, pepper, salt and oatmeal in a large bowl.
    On waxed paper, pat meat mixture into rectangle approximately 8 x 10-inches.
    Arrange ham slices on top of meat, leaving a small margin around the edges.
    Sprinkle cheese on top of ham.
    Starting from a short end, carefully roll up meat; seal edges and ends. Place roll, seam side down, in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Makes 4 servings.
