Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Mix together 1 cup butter, 2 cups flour and the powdered sugar.
Press into a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Combine lemon juice, eggs, sugar and salt; mix well. Add baking powder and flour; mix well.
Spread on hot, baked layer; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
When done, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
Cool; slice into bars.
