Salmon Party Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. onion, grated
    1 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine salmon with other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Shape into log or ball.
    Cover with chopped pecans and serve with crackers. Chill well.
    Best when made several hours before serving.
