Sweet-N-Sour Barbecued Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. scallops (fresh or frozen)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. grated onion
    2 tsp. powdered mustard
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Thaw frozen scallops.
    Remove any shell particles and wash. Cut large scallops in half.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Place scallops in an 11 x 7 x 1-inch baking dish; cover with sauce mixture.
    Broil about 3 inches from source of heat for 12 to 15 minutes, or until brown.
    Stir and baste twice during baking. Yield: 6 servings.
