Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    2 or 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl.
    Gradually add beer (at room temperature), stirring until just moistened.
    Spoon into a well-greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Remove onto wire rack.
    Slice with electric knife.
