Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chopped Velveeta cheese
    chopped onion to taste
    chopped bell pepper to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except Ritz crackers.
    Pour into a casserole dish and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly.
    Put crushed Ritz crackers on top with pads of butter on it and bake again for 10 to 15 minutes longer.
