Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium chicken breasts, cooked
2 c. chopped celery
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients.
Place in a 2-quart casserole.
Crush potato chips and place on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until very hot, approximately 25 minutes.
