Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 jars strained carrots (baby food, junior size)
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
