Hot Sour Cream Sauce For Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. vinegar
1 oz. sharp cheese, crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Heat all ingredients together.
Place over your favorite cooked vegetable.
Excellent over corn or asparagus.
