1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Blend peanut butter and margarine.
Cream mixture with sugar and salt.
Beat egg and vanilla into creamed mixture until light and fluffy.
Sift flour and soda. Gradually blend into creamed mixture.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Use fork to slightly flatten cookies. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
