Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1 lb. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
Preparation

All ingredients must be at room temperature.
Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks.
Add flour, sugar and sour cream.
Blend in cream cheese and lemon juice.
Beat well.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Using a fork, fold whites into other ingredients along with vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Do not open oven door.
Leave in oven one hour after baking without opening door.
