14 oz. caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. softened margarine
1 pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

Combine and melt in a double boiler the caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Stir constantly until melted.
