    2 2/3 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    ice water

Stir quickly until dough holds together.
Toss aside, add a little more ice water and repeat until all flour mixture is moist and holds together.
Be sure to use ice water and handle dough as little as possible.
