Tortilla Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) thick 'n chunky salsa (mild, hot or medium)
    10 tortillas
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 sliced bell pepper
    1/2 c. black olives
    1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
    4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Spread tortillas on a cookie sheet and bake 4 to 5 minutes until golden.
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons of thick 'n chunky salsa.
    Add sausage, vegetables and cheese to taste.
    Sprinkle with crushed red peppers.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 8 minutes until cheese is melted.
    Yields 6 servings.
