Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 can Hormel chili (no beans)
    1 can refried beans
    1 can tamales
    1 medium onion
    1 medium green pepper
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, green pepper and onion; drain off fat. Follow directions on taco package; cook down.
    Add beans and chili; let cook 15 minutes.
    Layer casserole dish with meat mixture, then 3 tamales, then cheese.
    Layer again.
    Mix corn bread as directed on package and pour on top of this.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
