Banana Ice Cream Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant banana cream pudding and pie filling
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 c. whipped cream or topping
    16 Keebler Honey Graham crackers
Preparation
    In small mixing bowl, combine pudding and milk.
    Mix on low speed until thickened, about 2 minutes.
    Chill until set, about 5 minutes.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Spread 1/3 cup of pudding mixture on 8 graham crackers.
    Top with remaining crackers and wrap sandwiches individually in plastic wrap.
    Freeze until firm.
