Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    2 large onions, chopped
    10 oz. can tomatoes and chilies
    10 oz. can enchilada sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 dozen corn tortillas
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Saute onions and add to ground beef.
    Mix tomatoes, enchilada sauce, mushroom and chicken soup with ground beef.
    Cut tortillas into pieces.
    Layer meat sauce with tortilla pieces as follows:
    Begin with meat sauce, tortillas, sauce, tortillas, sauce.
    Top with grated cheese. Place this in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly.
