Cecily Brownstone Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2 1\\2 lb. Chicken
1\\4 C. (1\\2 stick) Butter
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 tsp. Paprika
1\\2 tsp. Curry Powder
1 Clove Garlic, peeled and crushed
Preparation

Preheat Broiler.
Cut up chicken, wash and dry. (remove skin if you wish).
Melt butter and add all other ingredients. Pour over chicken in baking pan. Broil until brown, turn, baste and brown again. Takes about 45 min. to cook through.
