Salmon And Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Butter a 12 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish with 2 tablespoons butter or oleo.
    Clean salmon and break apart in a bowl.
    Stir in egg and cooked rice; add milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour into prepared pan and cover with coarsely crushed soda crackers (about 3/4 cup).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
