Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef chunks
1 c. seasoned flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. oil
2 pkg. brown gravy mix
2 c. potato chunks
1 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Roll meat in seasoned flour.
Brown meat in oil.
While browning meat start boiling veggies.
Add meat to mixture.
Boil until tender.
Take 1/4 cup seasoned flour and 2 packages gravy mix and add to water to make smooth paste.
Add to mixture to thicken.
Simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
