Hawaiian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean pork roast
3 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
    4 large sticks celery
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin seed
3 (15 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
    2 medium green peppers
    2 medium onions
    Tabasco sauce
Preparation
Boil pork roast until well done.
    Cool and cube.
Save broth. Chop and saute peppers, celery and onions until tender.
Combine pork, peppers, celery, onions, tomatoes and beans into a large stew pot and simmer for several hours; the longer, the better.
If more liquid is needed, use broth that was saved.
Season to taste with chili powder, Tabasco sauce and cumin seed.
    Serve with crackers (sourdough preferred).
