Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 cup water
    1 tsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt in bowl.
    Beat eggs and add to flour mixture with water and oil.
    Mix with fork and then knead for 10 minutes. Cover with a towel for 10 minutes.
    Dough should not be sticky. Flour counter and roll as for jelly roll and cut to desired width. Separate and unroll and let dry on counter until completely dry. Lift with fingers.
    May be frozen uncooked.
