Dit Plash Seafood Gumbo(Learned From Charlie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 small bell peppers
    4 large onions
    2 bunches celery
    2 large tomato sauce (29 oz.)
    1 large tomato (29 oz.)
    2 qt. water
    salt, pepper, cayenne pepper
    4 bay leaves
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. flour
    oil
    3 lb. crabmeat
    3 lb. shrimp (after peeled)
    3 large pkg. okra (20 oz. each)
    rice
Preparation
    Saute the bell\tpeppers, onions and celery in oil.
    Add tomato sauce, tomato, water, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, bay leaves, and Worcestershire\tsauce.\tMake about 2 cups of flour in oil for roux
    and
    add to above.
    Let boil 10 minutes.
    Add crabmeat and shrimp.
    Let
    boil\t15 minutes.
    Add okra and let boil about 20 minutes, stirring often.
    Serve over rice.
