Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    10 to 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    onion (optional)
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Mix ingredients together and spread in pan.
    Sprinkle bits and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
