Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 tomatoes, peeled and quartered
7-10 big jalapenos
2 medium onion
2 medium green pepper
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Chop all vegetables into chunks.
In a heavy pan, simmer tomatoes, onion, green pepper, and jalapenos for 3 hours with the lid off.
Stir constantly; after about 2 to 2 1/2 hours, add salt and sugar.
Pour sauce in jars and boil for 10 minutes.
