Christmas Stollen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. butter
    1 oz. yeast cake
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 whole eggs
    2 egg yolks
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. ground cardamom seed
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. citron, finely cut
    1/2 c. sliced candied cherries
    about 2 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 regular size yellow cake mix
    4 1/2 c. flour
    brown sugar
    cinnamon
    nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add cake mix and flour and knead dough.
    Let rise until double.
    Roll to 1/4 inch thickness and spread with brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
    Roll as for jelly roll and cut 1/2-inch slices.
