A.B.C. Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. chopped lean beef
    1 can Del Monte tomato wedges (in tomato juice)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (with chilies)
    1 green pepper, chopped
    13 Tbsp. Lawry's chili powder
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. comino
    1 bay leaf
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    In heavy iron pot saute onion and garlic in olive oil until golden.
    Add beef and brown thoroughly.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 3 hours. Remove bay leaf.
