Sherried Beef And Onion Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. dry sherry or white wine
    2 tsp. beef bouillon
    1 lb. beef stew meat, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1/4 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    2 large onions
    3/4 c. croutons
    1/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Blend melted margarine, flour and pepper; add water, sherry and bouillon.
    Cook and stir until thick.
    Cook 1 minute more.
    Remove from heat; stir in stew meat and Kitchen Bouquet.
    Place onion wedges in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Spoon meat mixture on top.
    Cover and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 3/4 to 2 hours or until tender.
