Blonde Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. half and half
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. whole milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil. Cook to a soft ball stage.
    Add 2 teaspoons vanilla.
    Cool.
    Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
    Beat until it loses its gloss.
    Pour into pan.
    Cut in blocks.
