Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 pork chops (may also use boneless chicken breasts)
1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

In 2-quart casserole, pour one cup rice, pour in can of mushroom soup, fill empty soup can with water and pour on top of soup.
Place pork chops on top.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
