Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green beans
    1 can yellow beans
    1 large can kidney beans
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 small green pepper or 1 small onion, sliced small (optional)
Preparation
    Mix beans and onion or pepper if desired.
    Boil salt, pepper, sugar, oil and vinegar to boiling.
    Pour over beans and refrigerate overnight.
    Best with lots of onions.
