Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Package Yeast
    1 1/2 Cups Warm Water
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    1 Egg
    4 Tbsp. Oil
    2 Tsp. Salt
    1/3 Cup Dry Powdered Milk (can be omitted)
    3 1/2 Cups Flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast and water together.
    Blend in sugar, egg, oil, salt and powdered milk.
    Mix in the flour a little at a time.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place.
    When dough is doubled in size, add a little flour and knead.
    Divide dough in half and place in 2 pans.
    Sprinkle with butter, cinnamon and sugar.
    Let dough rise again.
