Lemon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
3/4 c. hot water (boiling)
1 lemon cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix jello and water together well and cool.
Mix cake mix, jello, oil, eggs and extract well.
Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
Pour into 10-inch Bundt pan (well greased).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Cool slightly.
