Sweet Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease bottom of 12 medium muffin cups (2 3/4-inch diameter).
    Beat egg, stir in milk and oil.
    Mix in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened.
    (Batter should be lumpy.)
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Immediately remove from pan.
    For blueberry muffins, fold in 1 cup of fresh berries.
