Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 can French onion rings
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, sour cream and pimentos in 1-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Add to top the grated cheese and onion rings.
    Bake 5 minutes more.
