English Toffee Candy - cooking recipe

1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/4 c. nuts
Preparation

Line jelly roll pan with waxed paper. Cook sugar and butter until candy thermometer reaches 300\u00b0, about 25 minutes. Quickly spread in pan. Put chocolate chips over top and let sit until melted. Spread chocolate evenly over the mixture.
