Chicken And Chilies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. cubed, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. defatted reduced sodium chicken broth
    1 (8 oz.) can reduced sodium tomato sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped mild green chili peppers
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 to 2 tsp. sugar (optional)
    3 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Chopped green chili peppers and black beans turn this chicken skillet dinner into a South of the Border fiesta!
    A tossed salad is a perfect accompaniment.
