Rich Cranberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour, divided
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed and dried on paper towels
1/2 c. chopped nuts
powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Combine 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt.
Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture. Mix remaining flour with cranberries and nuts.
Fold into batter; batter will be very thick.
Spoon into greased 10-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 70 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan. Cool on rack.
Dust powdered sugar on each slice before serving.
