Pumpkin Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
4 eggs
1 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin
2 3/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar in large mixer bowl until light. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Beat in pumpkin.
Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pecans in a small bowl. Add to pumpkin mixture.
Mix just until blended. Spoon into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pans. Cool on wire racks.
