Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 oz. red cake coloring
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil.
To this, add eggs and beat well.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add vinegar and food coloring to sugar mixture and mix well.
Add flour alternately with buttermilk.
Three or four layers may be made.
